This Siesta Key condo is located in the northern part of the island about an eight minute walk to the gorgeous beach of Siesta Key and Siesta Village. In this area you find only private homes, surrounded by luscious tropical vegetation. The condo is newly and very comfortably furnished and it is well equipped with bed linens and towels. Just bring your own personal items. The condo has new air-conditioning and heat.
Accommodations: You will find modern appliances and everything you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen, e.g. stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, garbage disposal, etc. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. In the back of the condo there is the master bedroom with a full king size bed, and a second bedroom with a queen size bed (both beds are top quality Sterns and Foster). Attached to the front of the condo is your very private, screened-in, solar heated pool and Jacuzzi with a spacious deck. The patio furniture includes a bar/table with 6 chairs. The second story is totally independent of the first and is where Kevin and Laurel reside.

Rates in US Dollars:
Winter: From December 18 to April 30: $1200 per week - $4000 per month
up to 4 people
Summer: From May 1 to December 17: $900 per week - $2500 per month
up to 4 people
Deposit Required: A $200.00 deposit is required to make a reservation
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75.00 cancellation charge. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, then your deposit is non-refundable. In case of emergencies, including hurricane evacuations, we recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance from an authorized agent. Many companies offer coverage online.
Note: A $65.00 cleaning fee and 11% taxes are additional costs with each rental.
