This one bedroom, one bath ground floor Siesta Key Cottage has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the northern end of the island, a 2 minute walk to Siesta Village and 5 minutes walk to Siesta Beach. It is situated away from the street under a canopy of large trees and tropical vegetation, providing a quiet and private getaway. The cottage is newly and very comfortably furnished and it is well equipped with bed linens and towels. Just bring your own personal items.
Accommodations: It has a fully equipped kitchen, 900 square feet of space, queen bed, and new furniture. You will find modern appliances and everything you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen, e.g. stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is also a washer and dryer. It will sleep 2 people and is perfect for a couple.
The pool and Jacuzzi are shared with the 3 bedroom 2 bath Cottage

Rates in US Dollars:
Winter: From December 18 to April 30: $900 per week - $2000 per month
up to 3 people
Summer: From May 1 to December 17: $700 per week - $1200 per month
up to 3 people
Deposit Required: A $200.00 deposit is required to make a reservation
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75.00 cancellation charge. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, then your deposit is non-refundable. In case of emergencies, including hurricane evacuations, we recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance from an authorized agent. Many companies offer coverage online.
Note: A $65.00 cleaning fee and 11% taxes are additional costs with each rental.
Note: Minimum age to rent is now 25
